My simple, straight-forward, science-based approach

While I appreciate a little woo-woo in my wellness routine, evidence and science are at the core of the practices I guide and teach.

My training in MBSR, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, is the foundation of the work I do. Used in hospitals, schools, and by doctors and therapists, MBSR is the most widely researched form of meditation with proven techniques and measurable results.

MBSR has been proven to help people :

  • reduce stress and anxiety

  • be more present and self-aware

  • become less reactive

  • improve focus, resilience and overall well-being.

  • live more intentionally and get off auto-pilot
