Tricia's intro workshop at the cloud was the best! She provided great context for what a mindful practice is, how it helps you physically and mentally, and practical ways to incorporate it into your life. Her calming energy and supportive way made the practice so approachable.

The tools she taught helped me to establish my own practice, including new ways to relieve stress, journal through emotions and other ways to bring mindfulness into my daily routine.

Everything she shared was very doable, not overwhelming, which is really important as a soccer mom with kids, work and a hectic schedule. Even with just 5 minutes a day, I can change the way I see things, the way I react and respond for the better. Highly recommend!
