It certainly changed mine in the most beautiful way.
Now I am grateful to teach, guide and share these simple yet transformative practices to help others experience those same profound benefits.
My simple, straight-forward, science-based approach
While I appreciate a little woo-woo in my wellness routine, evidence and science are at the core of the practices I guide and teach.
My training in MBSR, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, is the foundation of the work I do. Used in hospitals, schools, and by doctors and therapists, MBSR is the most widely researched form of meditation with proven techniques and measurable results.
